About Your Next Role
If fashion, creativity, and ecommerce are your passion areas then this may be your dream job. We have just had an opening within our Ecommerce team for an Ecommerce Merchandise and Content Manager. This role will work closely with our merchandising team capturing new product releases, launch dates and with our design studio and marketing team to ensure product enrichment is executed. Your digital platform knowledge will be a huge part of this role as will be your ability to work with our photography team to capture and create content just begging for the buyer's basket!
Reporting to our General Manager of Ecommerce, the Ecommerce Merchandise and Content Manager will be responsible for
- the end-to-end management of the ecommerce product uploads across all the Munro Footwear Websites.
- Ensuring the capture of relevant product uploads, launch dates and product releases
- Working closely with our warehouse team to ensure sample availability and delivery
- Product Photography and content for ecommerce and wholesale
- Designing and delivering a streamlined and efficient process for the Merchandise and content function
- Working with our Digital Analysts to create reports and track metrics and performance
- Merchandising the website to support all trade and marketing activity
- You will be the key business facing product owner for the PIM and for the Fred Hopper platform
About You,
- You will have previous experience in Ecommerce Merchandising or Systems Management
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Retail Ecommerce managing creative and production for product samples
- You will have advanced knowledge of Ecommerce Systems including Magento, Comestri, Fred Hopper, and Google Analytics.
- Be keen to be a driver of a streamline process and product sample management
- Love being part of an amazing team culture and a willingness to seek out solutions
- Have management ability and strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Retail, Supply Chain, Ecommerce, Merchandise and Finance exposure highly regarded
- You love to build rapport with other team members and demonstrate forward-thinking and awareness of business requirements and needs.
