Our Marketing & Warehouse Assistant will have the opportunity to learn how to develop social media and marketing plans, and, create social media content - alongside spending a few hours a week packing orders. The role is best suited for a recent graduate or entry-level marketing professional. **Travel to Vermont, VIC a few days a week will be essential in this role.**
**About Us**
Nobody's Princess is Australia's most inclusive women's snow outerwear brand, on a mission to ensure no woman feels uncatered for or uncomfortable on the snow because of her clothing. What started as personal frustration with snow clothing has now grown into a business that helps women across the globe feel good in technical, feature-filled snow apparel.
**About the Role**
This is a part-time/casual role (10-15 hours per week) that will offer a split between some flexible hours working remotely, and some essential duties performed from our warehouse in Vermont, VIC 2-3 days per week.
You'll be someone looking for a blend of creative marketing and social media tasks, a little bit of customer support, and on-site warehouse order packing, eager to grow and develop your skills in a fast-growing business. A recent marketing degree or relevant qualification/experience is required.
**Warehouse Duties**:
Spend 1-2 hours across a few days each week at our warehouse located in Vermont, VIC to pack customer and wholesale orders as needed, and process returns.
- Look after inventory on shelves, including occasional replenishing of stock, small stocktakes, and keeping the warehouse tidy and stocked.
**Marketing/Social Media Duties**:
Marketing Campaigns: Brainstorm and develop creative ideas with the founder for product launches, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Be On Camera: Confidently record and communicate a genuine enthusiasm for our product in video shoots and content creation.
- Social Media: Plan, create, and schedule social media content with help from the founder, focusing on TikTok and Reels, based on current trends and marketing strategies.
**Desirable but Not Essential Skills**:
- Strategic Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and share ideas to enhance our marketing strategies.
- Snow lover: Has a knowledge of all things snow, is an active snowboarder or skier, and understands snow resorts, events, and seasonality in the snow industry.
You'll start with guidance but will have the opportunity to take ownership of your projects and expand the role as you grow.
**About You**
You're a creative, driven individual who:
- Considers themselves a problem solver with a positive attitude who isn't afraid to learn.
- Is happy to work both in a team environment and autonomously when needed.
- Loves to be organised and isn't afraid to implement procedures and best practices for managing multiple tasks.
- Has a drive to create video content, knows what's trending, and brings enthusiasm and clear communication to social media platforms.
- Has experience using a form of design software like Canva, Adobe Express, or Creative Suite.
- A recent marketing degree or relevant qualification/experience.
