Job Title: Rail Maintenance Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Rail Maintenance Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective coordination of rail infrastructure maintenance, working closely with maintenance teams to uphold company standards, processes, and procedures.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a coordination role within track, rail, or civil infrastructure, and possess a minimum Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure. A valid C Class Manual Driver's Licence is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the track is maintained to the highest standards.
* Monitor asset performance to meet reliability and availability targets, providing recommendations and implementing rectification solutions as required.
* Drive the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of safety procedures and initiatives.
* Oversee team performance in SAP, ensuring accurate work order management, time confirmations, and data entry across various systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in a coordination role within track, rail, or civil infrastructure.
* Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure.
* C Class Manual Driver's Licence.
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills, particularly with complex equipment.
