About The Role:
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Aftermarket Consultant to join the team. As an Aftermarket Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers enhance and protect their vehicles through quality aftermarket products and accessories. Working closely with the sales and service teams, you’ll consult with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable solutions, and ensure a seamless experience from purchase through to installation.
In this role you will:
* Recommend aftermarket products, accessories and merchandise based on customer needs and vehicle type
* Answer customer questions and address objections to provide a positive buying experience
* Liaise with the finance department to assist in closing sales
* Maintain up to date knowledge of extended warranty policies, vehicle accessories, and aftermarket products across all models
* Manage and update the CRM system to track customer interactions and opportunities
* Consult with sales managers and the finance tram on pricing and negotiations
* Develop and implement aftermarket promotions and special offers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales team to maximise sales and meet dealership targets
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Experienced negotiator with a proven ability to close sales
* Customer focused with excellent attention to detail
* Previous experience in the automotive industry and a strong desire to continue learning
* Professional presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
