Business Development Position
We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Business Development Manager in Brisbane, Australia.
About the Role:
* The ideal candidate will identify and engage potential clients to pitch our services and establish new client partnerships.
* They will proactively seek out business opportunities and initiate contact with companies that could benefit from our comprehensive travel solutions.
* Strong relationships across various role types will be built and maintained, reinforcing us as a preferred and reliable partner.
* Client needs will be understood, and our offering presented, showcasing the benefits of our solution in streamlining their travel programs, saving time, reducing costs, and supporting business growth.
* New clients will be supported through onboarding, facilitating a smooth integration into our system and ensuring they are comfortable with our services.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a BDM role, heavily focused on B2B Sales/Development or experience working in a Sales role within the Travel & Tourism sector.
* An individual who thrives in a sales environment, is self-motivated, driven, and has a passion for delivering sales targets and achieving Key Performance Indicators.
* Experience in selling a solution across various role types and a demonstrated ability to close opportunities.
* The ability to manage external and internal stakeholders through strong communication and delivery of outcomes.
* Additional desirable skills include exceptional networking, lead generation, and communication/presentation skills.
