We are seeking an experienced Bar & Service Supervisor to play a key role in delivering warm, polished hospitality while leading bar and restaurant service.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the craft of hospitality — from cocktail preparation and beverage knowledge to leading service with confidence and care.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position working across the bar and restaurant floor.
You will help lead service while actively contributing behind the bar, ensuring beverages are prepared with care and consistency and guests receive attentive, memorable hospitality.
The role includes cocktail preparation, premium beverage service, coffee service during daytime trade and supporting a service team during busy restaurant periods.
We particularly value candidates with strong daytime availability during weekday service, alongside flexibility for evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading bar and restaurant service shifts
* Preparing classic and house cocktails with precision and consistency
* Providing knowledgeable service of wine, spirits and premium beverages
* Preparing barista-quality coffee during breakfast and lunch service
* Supporting smooth coordination between bar, floor and kitchen
* Delivering attentive and genuine guest hospitality
* Mentoring and supporting front of house team members
* Maintaining high presentation standards across the bar and service areas
* Supporting beverage stock control, ordering and rotation
* Assisting with stocktakes and deliveries
* Ensuring compliance with RSA and food safety standards
About You
You are someone who takes pride in the craft of hospitality.
You may bring:
* Experience in a bar supervisor, senior bartender or senior service role
* Strong cocktail and beverage preparation skills
* Knowledge of spirits, wine and beverage service
* Confidence preparing quality coffee
* A calm and professional approach to service leadership
* Excellent guest engagement and communication skills
* A collaborative approach to working within a service team
* A current RSA
* Availability for weekday daytime shifts, as well as evenings and weekends where required
