INTENSIVE CARE AT HOME is proud to be the first accredited intensive care at home nursing service in Australia.
Our amazing young female client and their amazing family are looking to improve and maintain our client's quality of life in a home care environment with 24/7 ICU nurses at home.
We are therefore looking for reliable, committed, and client/family centred ICU/PICU/ED nurses with a minimum of two years ICU/PICU/ED nursing experience You're ideally wanting to make a difference to our client's quality of life so our young female client can live at home instead of going back to ICU
The role is situated in beautiful South Gippsland location, Warragul/Leongatha area.

Duties and Responsibilities in the Role
* Advanced airway management
* Basic paediatric nursing care
* Medication management
* PEG management
* Foster development of a teenager
* Maintain and improve quality of life for client and family
Skills and Experience Required
* Registered Nurse Division 1
* Current AHPRA Registration
* Minimum of 2 years clinical PICU/NICU/ICU nursing experience
* Paediatric experience is desirable but not essential
* Current ALS/Paediatric ALS
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Flexibility with shifts
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Motivated and able to prioritise
* Confidence in working independently in an intensive home care environment and improve the quality of life of our client and their family
* Excellent social skills when dealing with our clients and their families in their own home
* Positive outlook on life
* Current working with children check
* Valid driver's license
* Common sense, respect and dignity for the client and their family
