About the Role

This strategic position plays a pivotal role in driving organizational growth and enhancing service delivery through effective change management and communication strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing structured change management plans, conducting thorough impact assessments, and designing engaging training materials to facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies.

A key aspect of this role is to establish success metrics and create targeted communication plans aligned with our strategic objectives, while managing communication materials and engaging stakeholders to drive change initiatives.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including brand, marketing, and communication, is essential in ensuring seamless execution of transformation projects.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement change management strategies to support business transformation.
* Conduct thorough impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks and barriers.
* Design and deliver engaging training materials to facilitate adoption of new processes, technologies, and systems.
* Establish success metrics to track the effectiveness of change initiatives.
* Create targeted communication plans aligned with our strategic objectives.
* Manage communication materials, including newsletters and intranet content.
* Engage with stakeholders to drive change and communication initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams.


About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in leading change management initiatives within large or geographically dispersed organizations.

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, or a related field, with formal qualifications in Change Management preferred.

Demonstrated success in designing and implementing change strategies that enhance employee engagement and familiarity with the Australian aged care sector are essential.

Strong project coordination skills and project management knowledge, as well as proven ability to engage and influence relationships across all levels of an organization, are highly valued.
