Our client, a manufacturer and supplier of high-quality stainless-steel drainage solutions is seeking a full time Welder to join their small team in Greenacre.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, custom work, and learning new skills. All jobs are unique, with different sizes and outlet configurations, so problem-solving and attention to detail are essential.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Interpret drawings and job-specific details
* Fabricate custom stainless-steel components
* TIG welding of stainless steel products
* Operate machinery associated with stainless steel fabrication
* Manage time effectively to meet job deadlines
* Work diligently and unsupervised when required
* Collaborate within a small team environment
* Think creatively to solve challenges in custom designs
* Take initiative and move on to the next task when work is completed
About You:
* MIG or TIG welding experience (second-class welders encouraged to apply)
* Experience or interest in stainless steel fabrication
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and progress
* Comfortable working in a small team and independently
