Seeking permanent Maintenance Fitters - day, afternoon and night shifts available!
Job Description
The Maintenance Fitters daily duties:
- Take initiative in performing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to reduce production interruptions.
- Conduct regular inspections and planned servicing to ensure machines run efficiently.
- Support troubleshooting, diagnosing faults, and repairing machinery as needed.
- Manage spare parts inventory to facilitate timely repairs and component fabrication.
- Accurately record maintenance activities and updates in the CMMS (MEX) system.
- Comply with all company environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
- Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Maintenance Fitters Will Have The Following Experience
- Mechanical Trade Certificate
- Maintenance Fitter previous experience in FMCG/manufacturing industries
- Own toolbox, vehicle and driver's licence
- A commitment to long-term career growth and development within the business
