Meaningful Administration Role

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to make a positive impact in a dynamic work environment.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and chasing up actions, as well as managing calendars and travel for executives.

You will also be working closely with other leaders to keep key projects and reports on track, helping out with board meeting prep, and supporting cross-team governance. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing, formatting, and reviewing reports, emails, and documentation.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve being a reliable point of contact for both internal teams and external partners. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a close-knit, purpose-driven team that is driving positive health outcomes for remote communities across the NT.

We are looking for someone who is confident, capable, and considerate, with strong admin and scheduling experience, excellent attention to detail, and great written and verbal communication skills. You should have a knack for staying on top of priorities, even when there's a lot happening, and experience with Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools like Teams.

A calm, professional approach, especially when managing confidential information, is essential. A willingness to learn and adapt, and a sense of humour, would be a bonus. Bonus points if you've worked in Aboriginal health or remote communities, but it's not essential.
