This role sits within Technology Customer Solutions and is responsible for all aspects of Collections Village Technology, including strategy, business engagement, discovery, delivery, data, technology risk, finance, and innovation. It leads technology delivery for the Collections Transformation and acts as the single point of contact for all technology-related needs across Collections programs. The role is also accountable for delivering key milestones, managing solution risks, and driving service and product decisions in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, it serves as an escalation point for Chapter Leads and carries people leadership responsibilities, including workforce planning and enhancing Collections technology capability in partnership with the Heads of. What do I need? Essential: 10 years of experience in digital and customer technology delivery. 10 years of experience in people leadership roles. 10 years of experience leading DevSecOps practices, system integration design, and engineering across enterprise applications and integrations. 5 years of experience working within a scaled agile environment. Proven stakeholder management skills, including engagement with GM-level stakeholders and above (5 years). Desirable: 5 years of experience in the financial services sector. 5 years of experience delivering technology solutions within Collections. Exposure to Experian product sets, particularly PowerCurve Collections, would be advantageous. Why join us?
