The Role
As an experienced and driven Recruitment Manager, you'll take ownership of a very hot desk in our Darwin office. This position involves managing temp and perm recruitment, focusing mainly on white collar and government positions, with some blue collar roles as well. Delivering end-to-end recruitment, manage client relationships, and grow business opportunities while maintaining RED's commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for white and blue collar temporary and permanent roles
* Build strong networks and candidate pools to meet client needs
* Develop business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
* Represent RED at networking events and in the market
* Maintain high service levels through regular client contact and site visits
* Provide post-placement support and manage candidate performance issues
* Promote a culture of safety through toolbox talks, safety observations, and WHS compliance
* Maintain accurate and compliant records in the CRM and meet administration deadlines
About You
* Previous recruitment experience, ideally across high-level permanent and/or government roles
* Knowledge of civil and construction recruitment markets is highly regarded
* Strong track record in meeting KPIs and managing a hot desk
* Excellent client relationship management and business development skills
* High-level organisational skills with ability to prioritise and multi-task under pressure
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Tech-savvy, with experience using CRMs and Microsoft Office Suite
* Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
* Australian citizen or permanent resident
