What Makes this Role Exciting
As a Principal Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of education in the Individual Support and Allied Health workgroup at TAFE SA. You will lead, coach, and support educators, ensuring they deliver high‑quality, inclusive, and innovative learning experiences.
We are seeking a passionate educator with a strong background in the VET sector. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide others and has expertise in program design, assessment, and the development of educational resources.
Are You the One?
9. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or Diploma/higher level qualification in adult education.
* Experience as a qualified professional within in one of the following areas;
o Disability Services
*
o Aged care - residential and/or home care services
* Experience as an educator in a VET context
* Demonstrated significant contribution to continuous improvement activities
* Experience at implementing changes in training package requirements at a statewide level
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
