To Be Successful, You'll Need
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or a related qualification
* Full vaccination: 3 x COVID vaccinations, Flu, and proof of immunity for whooping cough, measles, Hep B, and chicken pox
* Full working rights in Australia, plus a valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* Current or willingness to obtain a National Police Check
* 6+ months paid experience providing care and support to individuals with varying needs

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with activities of daily living (personal care, meal prep, domestic tasks)
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Support clients with medication and attend appointments as needed
* Encourage independence and work toward personal goals
* Maintain accurate documentation and follow company policies
* Communicate effectively with families, health professionals, and support teams
* Engage in ongoing training and attend team meetings

* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Empathy, professionalism, and respect for individual privacy
* Understanding of safeguarding and commitment to safe practice
