This is a full time role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced call centre environment and is passionate about helping people make informed decisions about life insurance.
Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll be the first point of contact for both potential and existing members, handling inbound and outbound calls, managing your own pipeline, and guiding customers through life insurance options (within a general advice framework).
- Use structured sales tools and objection-handling techniques to help drive member acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a call centre sales environment
- Background in life insurance or financial services is highly regarded
- Confident communicator with strong sales and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and team-oriented
- Comfortable with basic digital tools (MS Office, Outlook, CRM systems)
