Senior Product Manager
Locations: Australia, Malta, Poland, United Kingdom.
We're currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our partner company –Pixel Pioneers, an Australian boutique firm building innovative gaming and e-commerce products that shape the future of the industry.
In this role, you will work closely with Head of Technology, translating product vision into clear strategy and guiding engineering and design teams through execution. The role focuses primarily on skill-based gaming and social gaming products.
Please note: This position is with Pixel Pioneers, not directly with VGW.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Translate product vision into clear product strategy and roadmap for engineering and design teams;
* Lead the launch and post-launch optimisation of a new skill-based gaming platform;
* Drive product improvements, feature prioritisation, and roadmap execution;
* Work closely with UI/UX, engineering, and product coordination teams to deliver features efficiently;
* Analyse player behaviour, product metrics, and performance to guide data-driven product decisions;
* Oversee game mechanics, meta systems, and economy design to support engagement and monetisation;
* Ensure product decisions align with regulatory requirements and compliance considerations.
What we're looking for:
* Significant experience in gaming, iGaming, or casual gaming product management;
* Strong understanding of game mechanics, meta features, and game economy design;
* Proven ability to own product strategy and make autonomous decisions;
* Experience launching and iterating live products in a fast-paced environment;
* Strong understanding of monetisation models and commercial product performance;
* Experience working with data-driven product development and experimentation;
* Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
