About the role – Equipment Sales Executive
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting, selling, and managing sales of Record and ASSA ABLOY branded products in Queensland and surrounding areas.
Reporting to the QLD Regional Manager, the role involves:
1. Generating sales of Record and ASSA ABLOY products through maintaining strong relationships with the customer base.
2. Selling products in line with Record and ASSA ABLOY list pricing and discount structures to achieve profitable results.
3. Collaborating with the Supply Chain team to manage forecasts and communicate large project demands, maintaining the CRM Dynamics platform.
4. Managing sales performance objectives and providing monthly reports as required.
5. Assisting in the development of the annual company sales plan, including advising on realistic forecasts for each product and territory based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy, and sales efforts.
Skills & experience
- Excellent understanding of the Company's products as they relate to customer requirements.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Well-developed organizational skills to coordinate paperwork and reporting requirements.
- Experience working with a global organization and understanding of industry growth prospects.
- Ability to be part of a market-leading team.
- Capability to build a highly valued local manufacturing capability.
