* Greeting and farewell to members and guests
* Monitoring club access
* Handling questions and complaints
* Explaining the Judgement Free Zone
* Answering calls and taking messages
* Giving club tours
* Selling memberships and data entry
* Operating POS system and managing accounts
* Scheduling PE sessions
* Maintaining the front desk
* Member welcome calls
* Daily cleaning and club walk-arounds
* Housekeeping and restocking
* Daily procedures and supporting new team members
* Performing maintenance as assigned
Experience/Qualifications
* Customer service experience preferred
* Certificate 3 in Fitness
* First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
* WWC (working with children) certificate or proof of application
* National Police Check within the last 12 months
