About the role
We are currently seeking a professional and highly motivated Legal Assistant to join our Family & Relationship Law team in Melbourne, with flexibility to work from home or one of our other offices. Due to parental leave, this opportunity is being offered on a 12-month contract basis.
With your demonstrated professional experience in Family & Relationship Law and the ability to operate smoothly in an ever-changing environment, you will bring your organisational skills and exceptional client focus to our team.
In this role, you will also provide support to the Melbourne office by coordinating any day-to-day operations of the office including ensuring the kitchen and stationery area remains fully stocked and clean, taking deliveries as required, liaising with building management, external contractors/vendors, and other tenants in the building from time to time, and providing backup reception support as needed.
This is not an entry-level role and it is not suitable for law students or graduates. The successful applicant will have experience in a legal administration or personal assistant role, supporting lawyers to ensure they are able to deliver high-quality services to clients.
We are looking for someone who can work full time.
