Job Description:
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, ensuring their time is managed effectively and efficiently.
You will be the point of contact for all external correspondence, handling emails, phone calls and meetings on behalf of the CEO.
Your expertise in calendar management, travel arrangements and event planning will be essential in keeping the CEO's schedule organized.
In addition, you will provide a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the CEO's calendar and diary
* Coordinate communications with department heads
* Prepare reports, presentations and key documentation
* Support HR processes and onboarding for new staff
* Maintain accurate digital records and systems
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as an EA or senior administrator
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Absolute confidentiality and professional maturity
* Elite organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong Microsoft Suite and tech proficiency
* An open driver's license and a can-do attitude
