As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and a sincere farewell.
This role requires a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and the ability to work well in a dynamic environment.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests
* Support guest needs on arrival and valet parking cars
* Ensure lobby, porte cochere/driveway, and guest areas look their best and are kept clean and tidy
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking individuals with a passion for the hotel industry and/or experience in luxury service or similar high-level customer-focused industries.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated capability of forging strong relationships, a service-oriented mindset, resilience, and flexibility.
Familiarity with Opera or other Hotel PMS is a bonus, as is knowledge of the local area to provide guest recommendations.
