We are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Strategist to support our growing roster of hospitality, CPG, and apparel clients across Singapore and Australia. This role is ideal for a client‑focused marketer who thrives on building relationships, translating data into actionable strategies, and driving impactful results.
You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for your clients – owning their relationship end‑to‑end, while partnering closely with a Paid Media Manager working in a similar timezone. Together, you’ll ensure flawless execution of marketing programs, delivering exceptional results and communicating performance and insights back to both client stakeholders and our US‑based teams.
This position is remote. The Account Strategist’s expected working hours will follow Singapore Standard Time (SST) and Australian Timezones. The role will require travel and occasional availability during weekends, early mornings or evenings to collaborate with international team members.
Responsibilities
- Act as the day‑to‑day strategic lead for clients in the hospitality, CPG, and apparel sectors, building trusted relationships with marketing stakeholders and internal teams.
- Own the client relationship from onboarding through execution, ensuring business goals, deliverables, and expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
- Lead regular client communications, including performance presentations, strategic reviews, and business growth discussions.
- Drive integrated marketing strategies by participating in client briefs and planning sessions, identifying opportunities across digital channels, and defining actionable tactics.
- Translate client objectives into clear goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets – managing workflow and ensuring timely, on‑budget execution.
- Collaborate with media, creative, analytics, and strategy teams to deliver best‑in‑class marketing programs tailored to client KPIs and regional nuances.
- Develop and present performance reports, campaign recaps, and strategic recommendations directly to clients and provide consistent summaries to 85SIXTY’s US‑based leadership teams.
- Use analytics, testing, and insights to inform optimization strategies, ensuring campaigns consistently deliver against business objectives.
- Create measurement frameworks to evaluate success, track ROI, and guide future initiatives.
- Work closely with a dedicated regional Paid Media Manager to align strategies, share insights, and identify cross‑platform growth opportunities.
- Oversee the effective execution of marketing/advertising programs, including written communication of changes and updates to all team members.
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a performance‑focused marketing environment – either in‑house (eCommerce or marketing manager) or at an agency (account management or media buying).
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering measurable business results across brand and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of media strategy, analytics, and cross‑channel activation, including the role of first‑party data.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into explicit, actionable recommendations.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
- Comfortable collaborating across time zones and working with global teams.
- Self‑directed, proactive, and capable of creating solutions and resolving issues.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events, including occasional international travel.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics tools.

Compensation Disclaimer
Compensation Range: $90,000 – $105,000 AUD annually. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to job‑related knowledge, level of relevant experience, education, and skills. 85SIXTY reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
