About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our service team and create exceptional dining experiences at Alsahwa Estate.
You'll oversee the seamless flow between kitchen and service, managing a dynamic team to ensure every guest receives outstanding hospitality. From intimate restaurant service to special events, you'll be responsible for maintaining our high standards while developing your team's skills and capabilities.

What You'll Do
Team Leadership & Service Excellence
* Lead, train, and develop our Front of House team to deliver consistently exceptional customer service
* Manage venue operations including table allocation, reservation management, and service flow optimisation
* Coordinate seamlessly with our kitchen team to ensure perfect timing and service delivery
* Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
Operational Management
* Oversee daily Front of House operations, including cash handling, stock management, and venue presentation
* Prepare rosters and manage casual staff across varying service periods
* Drive sales growth and meet profitability targets through strategic service delivery
* Maintain venue cleanliness, security, and equipment standards
Compliance & Safety
* Ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol and liquor license compliance
* Implement and monitor workplace health and safety procedures
* Conduct regular venue safety checks and staff inductions
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a restaurant or event venue
* Willingness to work collaboratively with the events team
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing casual and changing staff teams
* Excellent customer service focus with problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of food, beverage, and wine service protocols
* Sound understanding of cash handling, stock management, and basic financial reporting
* Current RSA certification and knowledge of WHS regulations
* Exceptional time management and ability to handle competing priorities
