We're on the hunt for a driven, fearless and energic Business Development Manager/Representative to join our team at Supreme Heating-a national leader in efficient pool heating solutions for residential and commercial markets.
What you'll be doing:
· Making outbound cold calls and appointments with pool builders & service technicians.
· Turning cold calls into warm leads and real sales.
· Building relationship with new trade customers.
· Overcoming objections and identifying customers' needs
· Working closely with National Sales Manager and broader sales team.
· Smashing KPI's and celebrating success.
We're looking for someone who:
· Has proven experience in cold calling and new business development.
· Has a true hunter-mentality -persistent, energetic, and self-starter.
· Is confident on the phone and quick to build rapport.
· Loves challenges and can overcome objections professionally.
· Is result- driven, resilient, and motivated to succeed.
