The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle - from planning to delivery - ensuring quality outcomes across multiple small-to-mid scale commercial projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of mechanical services projects (typically in the $5M-$20M range)
- Liaise with builders, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Take ownership of project delivery from start to finish
- Work closely with senior management and a high-performing engineering team
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

What You'll Need
- Proven experience managing mechanical construction projects in the $5M-$20M range
- Strong knowledge of the Australian (or UK) HVAC market
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive team performance
- Mechanical Engineering qualification preferred (drafting/estimating experience highly regarded)
