About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Pizza Chef with strong Napolitana-style skills to join our team on a part-time basis (20–30 hours per week). You'll be working in our dedicated woodfired pizza kitchen, producing consistently high-quality pizzas that match our standards.
What You'll Do
* Prepare and cook authentic Napolitana-style pizzas in a woodfired oven
* Manage dough preparation, fermentation, and consistency
* Work efficiently during busy service periods
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe workstation
* Assist with prep, stock rotation, and general kitchen duties
