The Role
As Product Manager you will be responsible for managing the life cycle of St Lukes Private Health Insurance Policies, from development, monitoring, and maintenance to closure. You will utilise your exceptional skills and experience in this field to develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry legislation, competition, trends, and members needs to influence products.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with demonstrated experience in driving cross-functional alignment and coordination of teams outside your department
* Demonstrated experience in data-informed delivery, including interpretation, application of insights, and use of metrics to guide decision-making
* Core skills in innovation, problem-solving, and influencing
* A passion for developing exceptional products that meet members needs.
* Experience in a financial services (or similar) environment with solid understanding of products management and markets. PHI experience highly sought after.
* Deep knowledge and experience of legislative and regulatory requirements of APRA regulated industries is highly sought after
