About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Brand Manager, responsible for building brand growth and category roll out, playing a critical role in the next phase of growth and expansion.
We're seeking an experienced Brand Manager with proven FMCG, nutrition or supplements experience to be part of the brand strategy, digital campaigns, NPD, and co‑op retail marketing.
This is a hands‑on, commercial role requiring strong analytical and broad thinking skills.
This role is ideal for a junior to mid‑level brand manager ready to take ownership of brand and campaign execution, and product innovation in a fast‑paced, commercially driven environment.
Key responsibilities
* Execute annual brand plans across trade, owned, and paid channels
* Manage co‑op retail and digital programs with leading pharmacy and grocery partners
* Run digital, social, and influencer campaigns that drive brand equity and conversion
* Support NPD from concept through to launch, ensuring compliance, consumer fit, and commercial success
* Partner with sales and internal teams to deliver high‑impact marketing activity
* Track brand performance and translate data into actionable optimisations
Required Qualifications
* 1–2 years' experience in a brand manager or category role
* Background in FMCG, nutrition, food or supplements
* Exposure to pharmacy and grocery retail environments
* Developing skills in digital marketing, social, and influencer management
* Comfortable working with budgets, timelines, and cross‑functional teams
* Understanding of claims and regulatory frameworks (TGA or FSANZ a plus)
* Growth mindset, strong attention to detail, and proactive ownership of projects
