About the Role: You’ll be joining a professional maintenance crew performing shutdown and ongoing fixed plant maintenance. The role involves mechanical repairs, breakdown response, inspections, and overhauls across fixed plant and materials handling equipment. You must be confident working on site under strict safety conditions and be clean-shaven for respirator fit testing. Please apply with relevant licenses & tickets to fast-track your application. Key Duties Include: Fixed plant maintenance and repairs Conveyor, belt, and chute maintenance and repairs Breakdown response and fault finding Pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, crushers, and associated components Belt tracking, pulley change-outs, roller and idler replacement Chute inspections, liner replacement, and wear monitoring Mechanical inspections and condition reporting Supporting daily team maintenance targets Working safely in a high-risk, heavy industrial environment Tickets & Requirements: Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitter – essential White Card – essential Confined Space Entry – essential Working at Heights – essential Gas Test Atmospheres – essential Fire Attack Firefighting (FAFF) SINO Induction – preferred, not essential Must be clean-shaven (for respirator fit testing) Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & DAS Own transport and hand tools Strong safety record and ability to follow site processes Please apply with relevant licenses & tickets to fast track your application process!
