Job Role

This is a leadership position that requires providing clinical, operational, and administrative guidance to a multidisciplinary team. You will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care and help nurture a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture that empowers both staff and clients to thrive.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead a passionate team delivering holistic AOD and psychosocial support services.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, logistics, and performance monitoring across programs.
* Ensure quality, safety, and risk management practices are embedded in all areas of service delivery.
* Foster strong partnerships with clients, families, and key stakeholders across the community.
* Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in client outcomes.
* Work directly with a small caseload, modeling best practice and person-centered care.


About You

You are a leader who leads with heart and integrity, someone who believes in the power of collaboration and compassion to drive positive change. You will bring:

* A significant amount of experience in the Alcohol and Other Drug and/or Mental Health sectors.
* Strong leadership and program management skills, including staff development and quality assurance.
* A deep understanding of harm minimization, case management, and evidence-based practice.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.


Other Requirements

* A current First Aid Certificate.
* A current Driver's Licence.
* Working with Vulnerable People Registration.
* Satisfactory National Police Check.
* Australian Citizenship or working rights in Australia.
