Dy-Mark is seeking a driven and strategic Outbound Business Development Manager to service and grow our national client base.
Our head office is based in Darra, Qld however this role can be performed remotely throughout QLD, VIC or NSW.
Reporting to the Industrial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the management of key accounts and development of new business. You will play a key role in fostering an already defined customer portfolio along with developing new client relationships. You will channel sales opportunities through the customer contact center, ensuring high quality customer service is consistently delivered.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in sales and be confident in engaging with business stakeholders. By aligning customer needs with Dy-Mark's extensive product and services, you will build compelling solutions and deliver long-term value and drive measurable growth.

What your new role looks like
Actively engage in outbound calls, including Cold Calling, seeking new business and follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
Actively support External Sales Team in customer engagement as directed by Industrial Sales Manager
Maintain a constructive call cycle
Leverage digital communications to engage customer market segments
Assist the Industrial Sales Manager in the preparation of monthly reports, entering, following up and closing off CRM activities, ensuring all data is accurate
Identify and escalate client concerns in a professional and polite manner
Participate in company provided training (when required)
What are we looking for?
Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role
Bachelor of Business/Marketing/Sales degree or similar field (desirable)
Prior experience in the paint marking and/or industrial consumable market (desirable)
Knowledge and understanding of market and business development
Experience in the industrial sector to maintain and build relationships, drive growth and increase market share
Ability to leverage existing contacts or knowledge in the industry to strengthen partnerships and open doors for new opportunities
Exceptional communication (verbal and written), presentation and interpersonal skills including the ability to persuade, manage and influence others
Outstanding customer service skills, including the ability to engage with people across a broad spectrum of backgrounds in a professional manner and a willingness to undertake what is required to ensure client satisfaction
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team, contributing to a positive workplace culture
