Overview
Personal Carer – Community Aged Care and Personal Carer – Residential Aged Care roles at Uniting Care Queensland. In Community Aged Care, you will spend time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients and their loved ones within their homes, supporting with activities and in-home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing.
In Residential Aged Care, you will provide daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times and general mobility, and support with care plans and community based recreational and social activities.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home personal care and daily living assistance in accordance with individualised Care Plans for Community Aged Care clients.
- Provide daily living assistance in Residential Aged Care, including showering, personal hygiene, meal-time support, and mobility support.
- Support clients with community-based recreational and social activities.
- Assist with transportation, shopping, and appointments as required.
- Adhere to organisational policies and safety requirements to ensure client and staff safety.
