Being not only responsible for attaining Finance and Insurance results, they have the golden opportunity to work closelywith the GM, sales manager and sales teams, to assist in closing sales and increasing finance share.

The successful candidate would be someone who:
* Has previous automotive Business Manager experience (TFS / LFS experience a bonus)
* Is hungry for outstanding results
* Excellent ability to work collaboratively with the finance team, sales managers, sales team and general manager.
* Positive approach to adapting and growing in an ever-changing industry
* Has strict adherence to compliance
* Has excellent time management and organisational skills
