Group Operations Manager
Balancing operational oversight of high-capacity venues with a focus on maintaining strong performance, you will provide guidance, build capability and deliver growth across the group.
About The Role
* Oversight of day-to-day operations across a portfolio of large-scale venues
* Lead, mentor and develop venue management teams to achieve operational excellence
* Drive performance across food, beverage, gaming and entertainment divisions
* Evaluate compliance, risk management and service standards to ensure consistency
* Collaborate on strategy, budgets and business development opportunities
* Identify efficiencies to improve profitability and customer experience
Requirements
* Demonstrated success in senior hospitality management, preferably across pubs, hotels or multi-site operations
* Strong commercial acumen to manage budgets and deliver sustained profitability
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and hold managers accountable
* A deep understanding of all facets of a pub business - food, beverage, gaming, accommodation and retail
* A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on operational capability
