We are looking for young talent to join our Customer Relations Department through a professional internship under the +Talento IEFP Program.This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands‐on experience in sales support, customer coordination, and administrative processes within the aviation sector, while developing key skills in communication, organization, and data management.
Key Responsibilities
Customer communication and coordination support
Preparation, follow‐up, and organization of contracts and documentation
Collaboration with internal departments to ensure proper contract execution
Maintenance and updating of internal systems and databases (clients, contracts, operators)
Support with logistics, travel arrangements, and expense management
Contribution to continuous improvement of internal processes
Requirements
Degree in Business Management, Commercial Direction, Marketing, or similar areas
Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and English (spoken and written); other languages are valued
Good command of Microsoft Office tools
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail
Motivation and willingness to learn quickly
Critical thinking and problem‐solving abilities
Discretion in handling confidential information
