Geographic Information Systems Analyst
This role encompasses the maintenance and support of Council's Geographic Information System (GIS) and Land Information System (LIS), ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Main Responsibilities:
* Cadastre management - including processing subdivisions and plan registrations, property address numbers, updating of Deposited Plan Register.
* Deposited Plans - including obtaining copies, registering images in Council's GIS Street numbering - including the allocation of urban and rural numbers, issuance of letters or notices to customers, updating of GIS datasets, ordering of new plates and numbers, checking against subdivisions.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in spatial systems, be adept at liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrate the ability to balance technical tasks and customer service requirements.
