Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage project teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely delivery.
* Develop and implement strategies that align with client objectives.
* Predicts and articulates potential risks or risk mitigation requirements.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing their needs.
* Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
* Puts forward market relevant insights to senior leaders and clients.
* Manage your utilisation targets while contributing to business development.
Required skills
* 5+ years of proven experience in management, technology or business consulting.
* Experience delivering clientvaluealigned with business strategy, and enable agility, efficiency, and innovation across the enterprise within the technology operating model.
* Strong track record of leading diverse projects with measurable impact.
* Expertise in managing client-facing teams or serving as a recognised technical leader in your field.
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including presentations and facilitation.
