About The Role
As part of the Trade Counter team in Mackay North, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.
Your day to day
- Completing delivery runs locally to our nearby branches and customers
- Participating in a range of daily activities beyond driving
- Assisting our customers over the counter whilst delivering exceptional customer service
- Undertaking pick packing, warehousing, and stock control activities
- General housekeeping
We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who
- Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
- MR Rigid Licence preferred – willing to upskill to achieve this licence
- Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
- Can use a computer and is happy to learn current systems
- Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
