Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, domestic assistance, social support, and transportation to customers. You will also be required to monitor the well-being of customers and report on their progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services (preferably)
* Current CPR / First Aid Certificate
* Current and satisfactory Criminal Record Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card
* Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance)
* Smartphone with internet access
