This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day execution of our digital marketing activity and the continued growth of our family of brands. You'll take ownership of campaign delivery across paid media, email, social and on-site marketing, helping turn strategy into well-executed, high-performing campaigns.
This role suits someone who enjoys moving fast, sweating the details, and working across multiple digital channels in a growing business.
What you'll do
We're looking for a dynamic digital marketing specialist to drive our end-to-end campaigns across paid media, email, social, and on-site channels. You'll manage and optimise Meta campaigns with a focus on audience targeting and creative execution while using Ads Manager to provide insights for improvement.
Your role includes overseeing social media activities, scheduling content, tracking engagement, and collaborating with our creative team to produce compelling social content.
You'll also handle email marketing, support promotions and on-site merchandising in Shopify, and build customer segments for personalised marketing.

* 3+ years' experience in digital marketing or eCommerce
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social execution
* Experience working with Shopify (or similar eCommerce platforms)
* Exposure to email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, plus CRM and/or loyalty tools
* Background in e-commerce, digital marketing or online retail is highly regarded
* Curious and interested in the latest trends and technology
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, campaign-led environment.
