Overview
HAPPY BOY is a busy, high volume restaurant, just off James St in the Valley. We focus on natural and small producer Australian wine and operate alongside our wine bar SNACKMAN next door. We also have PETITE, a French bistro, nearby.
Responsibilities
* Comfortable and confident running a section in a high volume, high turnover venue.
* Leverage wine knowledge when available and participate in training to access unique wine offerings.
* Contribute to a stable and consistent roster with reasonable finish times.
* Provide professional service in a full-time, salaried role when possible.
Qualifications
* Experience: restaurant section waiter – 1 year (required)
