We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support three Senior Managers within our Communities Sales team, providing critical coordination and administrative support to help the team deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers and communities.
We’re Looking For…A confident, organised and engaging Personal Assistant who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys supporting multiple leaders, and brings a proactive, solutions focused approach to keeping the team running smoothly.
What You’ll DoProvide high level administrative support, working closely with the broader team to ensure seamless coordination across workstreams.Manage complex diaries, calendars and meeting coordination, including making executive decisions on scheduling and proactively resolving clashes.Manage travel bookings and expenses for the senior leaders.Assist as required in preparing agendas, minutes, correspondence and team documents with accuracy and attention to detail.Assist project style coordination, helping structure work, track actions and keep team initiatives moving.Act as a warm, professional interface for internal and external stakeholders, helping maintain strong relationships and positive team culture.Support office rhythm and team operations, with 3 office days per week
About YouYou’re an experienced Team Assistant or Personal Assistant who enjoys staying one step ahead. You’re proactive, organised, and confident making decisions to keep leaders on track. You bring a bubbly, engaging personality, build rapport easily, and communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms.
Experience & Skills That CountExperience supporting multiple managers or senior leaders in a fast paced environment.Strong diary, calendar and workflow management skills with confidence making scheduling decisions.Excellent communication skills – both written and oral.Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management capabilities.Experience coordinating travel, expenses, meetings and events.Confidence preparing documents, presentations and correspondence.The Right MindsetProactive, forward thinking and solutions focused.Collaborative, approachable and team oriented.Professional, composed and able to maintain confidentiality and sound judgment.
