This is a full time, permanent site based role.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day façade installation activities on site, including curtain wall, window wall, cladding, and glazing systems
* Coordinate subcontractors, installers, and site labour to ensure effective workflow and sequencing
* Review and interpret shop drawings, IFC drawings, and technical specifications prior to and during installation
* Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards (e.g. AS1288, AS2047, AS/NZS1170 where applicable) and project specifications
* Monitor installation quality, tolerances, and workmanship to ensure adherence to design intent and QA requirements
* Identify and proactively resolve site issues, clashes, and constructability challenges
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and builders to maintain alignment on program and technical matters
* Track installation progress and report against programme milestones
* Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
* Ensure strict compliance with WHS requirements, including Secure Work Method Statements (SWMS) and risk assessments
* Manage material deliveries, storage, and handling to prevent damage or delays
* Assist with defect identification, rectification, and project handover processes

Pay: $75,000.05 – $100,000.00 per year
