Administrative Role in Arts Sector
About the position:
This administrative role will play a crucial part in the sustainability of the arts and cultural sector by supporting the coordination of programs and events that foster fundraising skills and capabilities.
The key responsibilities include administering grant programs, sector development opportunities, and services. This involves providing administrative support, record management, and communication with stakeholders.
Additional duties may include:
* Assisting in the administration of grants programs;
* Providing budget support for sector development opportunities;
* Supporting the marketing team as required;
The successful candidate will have strong administration skills, an understanding of private sector arts support, and exceptional communication skills. They will also be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and have experience with online systems such as SmartyGrants, Humanitix, and Alchemer/SurveyGizmo.
