Role
We’re seeking a Full-Time Retail Pool Shop Manager to lead our Burleigh team. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day retail operations, manage stock and merchandising, provide outstanding service to customers, and support and guide the shop team. You’ll also have the opportunity to build technical knowledge in pool and spa servicing, with clear growth opportunities as our company continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations for the shop
- Manage stock levels and merchandising to drive sales
- Provide outstanding service to customers and resolve issues
- Support and guide the shop team to achieve targets
- Build technical knowledge in pool and spa servicing and share with the team
Qualifications and Skills
- Has proven retail or customer service experience, ideally with some supervisory or management background
- Available full-time, including weekends
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities
- Keen to learn technical knowledge about pools and spas and share it with the team
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
