Industrial Design Director Job
We are seeking a seasoned Industrial Designer to lead our product design team and drive the development of innovative new product ranges.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial design and at least 10 years of experience in leading teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of designers and oversee various tasks within the overall direction provided by management.
* Take clear direction from management on Vuly design language and attend daily meetings.
* Develop designs into realistic products – from idea to market, with the ability to effectively guide a team through performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, coach and support their needs.
