Regional Sales Lead
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our sales strategy across Australia and New Zealand. This key leadership role offers a chance to shape our regional growth, develop high-performing teams, and foster strong relationships with vendors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy Development: Develop the sales strategy and annual plans in partnership with senior management.
* Target Setting & Delivery: Define and track monthly/annual sales targets aligned with organizational goals.
* Vendor & Buyer Relationships: Build strong client partnerships through strategic programs and responsive service.
* Sales Reporting & Insights: Lead & develop internal and external reporting, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations to drive incremental sales.
* Team Leadership: Coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Support professional development and individual success.
* Program Innovation: Drive new initiatives that benefit our organization and its partners, from ideation through to successful delivery.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations to ensure seamless execution and service excellence.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably with a strong account management background.
* Demonstrated success in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to customer service.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
