We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised administrator to join our Brisbane office. This role will be challenging yet rewarding for a person who likes to be kept busy, thrives on responsibility, attention to detail and accuracy.

Key responsibilities will include:_
Healthcare recruitment administrative support
Manage a complex electronic filing system
Customer service, answering phones and handling enquiries
Routine data entry and general administrative including ad hoc duties
Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
Ability to operate in a high energy environment
Caring attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of computer literacy including working knowledge of Microsoft office and ability to adapt to other IT systems
Critical thinking & problem solving skills
Previous experience in a busy administration team
