The role
Sitting within a Technology Delivery PMO, you'll support financial management across a key portfolio, working closely with both corporate finance and project delivery teams. This is a hands‐on role focused on financial control, reporting, and supporting program execution.
Key responsibilities
* Month‐end (EOM) processing, including journals and financial reporting
* Forecasting, variance analysis and performance reporting
* SAP‐based activities including journal uploads, WBS management, and reporting
* Fixed asset register maintenance and cost reconciliation
* Support financial governance processes including gate checks and change control
* Provide finance support across project delivery and PMO activities
* Work closely with cross‐functional stakeholders across finance and delivery
What we're looking for
* Strong corporate finance foundation with hands‐on month‐end experience
* Experience with Project Delivery
* Proven experience in SAP (critical) and advanced Excel
* Background in project delivery environments (PMO or project coordination exposure highly regarded)
* Experience across financial controls, forecasting, and reporting in complex programs
* Ability to operate in a fast‐paced environment with tight deadlines
* Strong internal stakeholder engagement and communication skills
